Department of Treasury Special Pricing Initiative

American Customer Satisfaction Index

Members of the Small Agency Council are now able to take advantage of a special pricing arrangement to purchase subscriptions to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), a standard metric for evaluating website visitor satisfaction. By working directly with the Department of the Treasury’s Federal Consulting Group, the executive agent in the government for the ACSI, Small Agencies can subscribe to the ACSI at the most-favored pricing available to all government agencies.
